Growing Bilingual wants you to know that your privacy is very important to us when you order online.  When you make a purchase you're asked to provide your name, mailing/billing address, phone number, email address, future account login password, and credit card information — all of the elements necessary to fulfill your order and to simplify ordering in the future. Your phone number is ONLY used should we need to contact you regarding the fulfillment of your order. Occasionally we may send you promotional emails about Growing Bilingual.com products, services and promotions that we hope will interest you. At any time you can choose to unsubscribe to these emails. Under no circumstances will Growing Bilingual, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for their marketing purposes.

We know some customers may feel concern about exchanging personal and financial information over the internet but at Growing Bilingual your credit card information is encrypted and private  everytime you use your credit card.
Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with the most popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, AOL, Mozilla, Firefox, Chrome and Netscape Navigator). This means your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike in a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your credit card number during the approval process.

RETURN POLICY

Only merchandise that is in new condition and is in its original packaging will be accepted for return. The merchandise you are returning, must be received (not shipped) at our office within 30 days of your order date. The order date is included on the invoice that is emailed to you ALONG WITH YOUR purchase. You must contact us first within the guaranteed return period for the product. Growing Bilingual.com will not accept returns without prior authorization .  Customer is solely responsible for shipping of the entire value of any returned product to our store. For a product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for the full merchandise and your original shipping expense on the product.
